OTR GuideStep-by-step Registration

    One Time Registration (OTR)

Complete your One Time Registration before applying for any TNPSC exam.

    What is OTR?

OTR is a basic profile registration process used to store your personal details. It is NOT an application for a job—you still need to apply separately for each exam later.

    Registration Fee

    • • One-time fee: Rs.150
    • • Valid for 5 years
    • • Only register once

    Required Documents (Scanned Files)

    Recent Photograph

    • • Taken within 3 months
    • • Format: JPG
    • • Size: 20 KB – 50 KB
    • • Resolution: 200 DPI
    • • Dimension: 3.5cm × 4.5cm (130×170 px)
    • • Name & Date at bottom (1.5cm strip)

    Signature

    • • Format: JPG
    • • Size: 10 KB – 20 KB
    • • Resolution: 200 DPI
    • • Clear and legible

Both should be saved with proper file names and good clarity (200 DPI).

    Mandatory Details

    While registering, keep ready:

    • SSLC details (Register No, Certificate No, Year, Board etc.)
    • Aadhaar Number (mandatory)
If your SSLC details are wrong, your application may be rejected.

    Email & Mobile Number

    You must have:

    • Working personal Email ID
    • Active Mobile Number

These will be used for communication. Do not share your login details with anyone.

    Edit Option

You can edit or update your OTR details anytime by uploading proof. But changes must be made before submitting any online exam application.

    Important Notes

    • • OTR is only profile creation, not job application.
    • Aadhaar linking is compulsory.
    • • All future exam applications will auto-fill using these details.
    • • Incorrect details may lead to rejection.
