What is TNPSC OTR?
One Time Registration (OTR) is a profile-creation step where TNPSC stores your basic details, photo and signature for 5 years. Once registered, every future TNPSC exam application auto-fills these details — but the photo and signature you upload must match the official specs exactly, or the OTR will be returned.
OTR photo & signature specifications
- Photo: 3.5 × 4.5 cm, 20–50 KB, 200 DPI, JPG with name + date strip.
- Signature: 6 × 3 cm, 10–20 KB, 200 DPI, JPG.
- Photo must be taken within the last 3 months.
- Background plain white or off-white.
Resize OTR photo in 4 steps
- Open the homepage compressor and choose Photo mode.
- Upload your passport-size photograph.
- Type your full name (as in SSLC) and the date of the photo.
- Click Convert — Photograph.jpg downloads at the OTR-required size.
